Happy 28th birthday Lindsey!

Last minute Happy Birthday Codi Odi!

Cutting this close, but it actually still is Codi's birthday for 2 1/2 more hours. Happy birthday to my crafty niece. Here are some pictures from our "Girls Night Out" in July.

Good Morning Maya!

Paparazzi

Please don't take my picture.

Really...get that camera out of my face!

Feel free to take my picture...the camera loves me!

Fine, one quick shot...but I am still not happy about it!

What, Mom?

Our neighbor let us borrow this tunnel for a few days for Jadyn to play with. Now, my plan was to keep the tunnel downstairs in the basement. I hear this unusual sound so I peek out my bedroom door. Jadyn had dragged the tunnel up the basement steps, through the hall, and upstairs. When I asked her what she was doing, she said "What, Mom?" with this innocent face.

Only 20 days to go!

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, right? Well, then I only have 20 to go. This morning I started running. I would like it to become a habit and not just something I do for a couple of days and then stop (like I usually do).

I woke up at 6:00 when Nathan's alarm went off. I fed Maya and then put on the running shoes. Now, I only ran about 8 blocks this morning....I needed to get back for Nathan to get to work. I even tossed in a few sit-ups for good measure. Then we read scriptures before Nathan headed out the door. My day has gone much better because I started it off right.

Happy Birthday Taylor!

Playing on the floor

Maya says: "I really hate tummy time Mom."

Maya says: "That's better!"

Jadyn said: "Take my picture too Mom."

Picnic at Freeport

I was able to go and visit my parents on Saturday. My mother was given a hat to pretend she was a temporary member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed the hat and being outside in the nice weather.

Day at the Beach!

Today we went to South Haven with Grandma Ann and Papa. It was a hot day and perfect for the beach. Maya slept the whole time...it was a hit for her! Jadyn hated walking on the sand again this year. She finally warmed up a little and took her sandals off!

Maya's special day

Maya was blessed at church this past Sunday when she was exactly one month old. It was a special day for us. Maya slept through church again!
